Delete your Huphi Marketplace account

Huphi Marketplace (Android app by Huphi)

In the app

1. Open Huphi Market and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (for businesses: Business → your profile) and scroll to Delete account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm. You are signed out straight away.

Any open requests are cancelled first. If you have a job, trip or SOS call-out in progress, finish or cancel it before deleting.

Without the app

Email admin@huphi.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Huphi Marketplace account". We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your marketplace profile: name, phone number, email and photo.
• Your provider and SOS responder profiles; you stop receiving jobs.
• Photos and documents you attached to requests that never became jobs.
• The text of messages you sent (replaced with "message deleted").

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment, receipt and refund records: 5 years, as South African tax law requires.
• Completed jobs, trips and reviews, without your name, so businesses keep an accurate record of their work.
• Business compliance documents that Huphi has verified, for as long as the business they belong to is active.

Your Huphi login may also be used by other Huphi apps. Deleting your marketplace account removes your marketplace data; it does not close your login for those other apps. To close the login entirely, email us as above.
